How To:

  • To setup an account email customersuccess@bidscale.com. You will receive an email from noreply@bidscale.com. The email contains your username (email) and temporary password. If the email is not in your inbox, check the spam or junk folder.

    Navigate to https://select.bidscale.app/_/login. Enter the email and password in, and click the Sign In button. Reset your password and continue to Sign In.

  • To connect your CAC/PIV login to Bidscale with your username and password. Do not click Sign in with CAC/PIV on the login page until you have registered it in the platform.

    Once logged in, a pop up will appear asking if you would like to register your CAC/PIV card. Ensure card is connected to the reader, and click Yes. You'll be asked for the certificate and to enter the pin. Click Next, and if card successfully connects click Done.

    If you want to add your CAC card later or remove it, go to your Account page or click this link: https://select.bidscale.app/_/account

    If an error occurs, you need to restart your browser by closing it out completely and restarting the process.

  • The Homepage displays all Initiatives, active source selections, and quick actions you can take. You can filter, search by name, or scroll through Initiatives, and click on one to access that Initiative's page.

    1st Tile: To create a new Initiative, click the tile, fill out the Initiative fields, and confirm creation.

    2nd Tile: To create and edit documents using Writer, click the tile, select any document, associate an Initiative (if required), and generate it. Access Writer through this link: https://select.bidscale.app/_/writer

    3rd Tile: To upload files directly to an Initiative, click the tile, then either drag and drop or select files from desktop to upload.

    4th Tile: To view all tasks across Initiative, click the tile, and utilize filters to narrow down specific tasks.

  • To create a new Initiative, click the 1st tile, fill in the details, and confirm. You’ll be taken to the Initiative overview page, where you can see all the Initiative's information, including data, details, phase, files, tasks, and activity.

    From the Initiative overview page, you can manage everything related to the Initiative, including contract file documents, team, and tasks. Enhance the Initiative description using AI by clicking the AI icon and/or accepting the generated text. Edit initiative data and details by clicking the pencil icon below.

    Upload files to the Initiative contract file on the files page, and work on those documents in Writer. Manage the Initiative Team on the team page. You can also add, complete, and upload files to tasks on the tasks page.

    All actions taken in this Initiative will display in the activity feed, where users can leave comments for review.
